For a few cocktails? I'm rocking some silver piercings, statement rings and a leather collar. Nice restaurant? I'm putting on some diamond earrings and minimalist rings, maybe a nice necklace.
I also wear a shit ton of jewellery, but that really depends on where I'm going. That said, I usually either wear a maxi dress ( this one is my most recent purchase and what I actually wore a couple weeks ago for a date) with my doc Martens or super high heeled booties (and a leather jacket if it's not warm enough for just the dress) a structured black mini dress with platform combat boots (and, again, a leather jacket during fall/winter), or leather pants and a nice blazer or men's shirt with a lace bralette underneath. In case the date goes well and I see them again, I want to be able to keep wearing things I am comfortable in, instead of feeling like I'm wearing a costume. It usually depends on where I'm going, but I usually stay true to my style.
